Founded by Lisbeth (Lily), our tailored approach combines hands-on leadership with practical insights drawn from years of experience supporting startups, small businesses, and entrepreneurial communities.
Lily brings over seven years of experience designing and executing programs attracting, retaining, and scaling communities through strategic execution.Throughout her entrepreneurial journey, Lily has participated in pitch competitions, international technology accelerators, and incubator programs.
Lily leads and executes national strategies to support the growth of small businesses giving her firsthand insight into the challenges and opportunities small businesses face. She holds a BBA and MBA from Iona University, with concentrations in Business Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation.
